One I had to re-add to my site and its Christmas pudding Crispy Cakes. Not only delicious but look incredible too
Hello you beautiful lot and how are you all today? I do hope you’re well and thank you so much for popping by today. The cold and the festive weather is fast upon us and we are feeling Winter in the UK now. It’s officially time to crack the Christmas pudding out! At least in these delicious Crispy cakes forms!

Yes on with today’s blog and we have another non bake crispy cakes but this time I made Christmas pudding ones. So let’s get on with it,
Ingredients

Milk Chocolate 230g
White chocolate 100g
Rice/Cocoa Krispies,
Butter 1 tsp,
Red sugar balls,
I found mine in Asda in a Spiderman decorating set.
Small bowl of cornflakes,
Green Chocolate,
I found mine in my local Poundland or use white choc with a little green food colouring.
Icing Sugar (optional)
How To Make Christmas Pudding Crispy Cakes
Break the milk chocolate into a bowl and add the 1 teaspoon of butter/marg.
After boiling a pan of water put the bowl of chocolate over it and stir continuously until melted. Alternatively melt it in the microwave but check your guide for times.

Once the chocolate has melted add you krispies. I went for cocoa krispies just as it’s (nearly) Christmas (lol). As normal only add a little at a time until all the krispies and chocolate are even.
Next line a flat tray with greaseproof paper.
Mold the chocolate mix into little balls and leave in the fridge to set.

Wash and dry your bowl and spoon. Now break the white chocolate into bowl. Nothing else added her just the white chocolate.
Once the chocolate has set on your actual Christmas pudding, put your boiling water pan back on. Fresh water! Melt your white chocolate.

Take your set balls out of the fridge and with a teaspoon spoon on the melted white chocolate. A little bit at a time is best so you don’t cover it to much, just a little on the top. Whilst the chocolate is still gooey add two red sugar balls to the top. Again you should let these have about 20 minutes in the fridge to set.

Once they set have you can crush a small amount of cornflakes in a bowl. Melt your last bit of green chocolate and mix this to the cornflakes.

This last bit was a bit tedious but you need to find cornflakes that are a good fit for your puds and look like a leaf shape. Add two to each pudding next to your red balls.
Finally let them set in the fridge for an hour or two and they’re done!! I decorated a plate with sifted icing sugar. I don’t currently own a sieve so had to make do with a tea strainer (lol). It worked great though!

I really think these look amazing and they tasted amazing as well. I actually made Christmas Wreath Cakes on my last blog which I saw randomly on my news feed. However my mum actually made me and my family some of last year for Christmas so I thought I’d give them a go myself this year. I’m glad I did because everybody loved them and my eldest thought they were brilliant so a definite winner.

Well I hope you enjoyed this blog and if you want more sweet treats then these Christmas Wreath Cakes are perfect. Don’t keep your eyes peeled for more Christmas Blogs heading your way. Lots of Love
