Hello, to all of you beautiful people. Today we are talking about blogging opportunities. However, we are having to start this blog post with an apology as there hasn’t been a post for a whole week. The laptop is on it’s last legs and I am currently writing this post on my Xbox one (Tech eh!?). So, I am very sorry that. Let’s move on and focus on the top 5 blogging opportunity sites.

We are discussing the more technical side of blogging. I have been blogging for nearly two years and I have, by no means, been so successful on my own.

Tahnee’s Blog has been very lucky to feature so many amazing companies and products. Such as Lumity Life, SHO, Jim Chapman’s Debut book, Lush and that is not all of them. But how do you do it? You’re about to find out!

Top of the Top 5 Blogging Opportunity Sites – Get Blogged

Get Blogged is a new site dedicated to bringing together brands and bloggers for paid blogging opportunities. Really simple to use after signing up and you can easily apply for the opportunities there just by clicking the opp. It does require a cover letter, pitch or a ‘selling yourself’ style letter when you apply. This way you can let the companies know how you plan to handle their request. If you have any prior posts that are similar or relevant to what is being asked of you. Really, why you would be a great fit for this role. They update the opportunities weekly and into DA categories. Making it much easier to find suitable jobs available. Dating, house and home improvements and a real variety of blog opportunities available. So, there is such a huge chance to bag an actual paid blogging job, What are you waiting for!

Bloggers Required

This is my main opportunity site for gifting blogs. Unlike the above, bloggers required focuses on both paid and gifting opportunities. Gifting opps being the most frequent on the site. I have been lucky enough to have successfully pitched to many brands and companies through this site. My personal favourite being either MAHI (bags) or Ineffabless (jewellery). But there are so many niches that you are bound to find something within a month.

This site does not renew weekly but has regular updates. I don’t always find suitable opportunities here but I do check it weekly. It again works on a cover letter pitch approach but also takes your social media following into account. This is fab for social influencers as well as review bloggers specifically. But features lifestyle, fashion, sport……….you get the idea.

The Blogger Programme

When your blog is a little more established then this is the site you will want. I call it my next step for blogging opportunities. So many companies I love and use have posted blogging opps here. I am, unfortunately, not quite high enough in my numbers to pitch for many. That’s why I call it my next step as it something I have to aim towards.

Focusing on well known, household and new named brands, this is a great site for blogging opps. Again, this site focus’ on both paid and gifting opportunities and has a really great mix of both. Fill in your profile as fully as possible as this is your pitch. You need only click a button to apply but companies will look to your profile for what they want to see. MAKE IT COUNT. Show yourself and your hard work off. Updates are, as and when on this site really. So be sure to check it out daily or at least weekly to make sure you don’t miss any great opportunities.

Add The Lifestyle Blogger to the List of Top 5 Blogging Opportunity Sites

The Lifestyle Blogger is actually a great lifestyle blog that has a blog opportunity section. I would note, staright away, it would be best to apply from a computer and not a phone. I have alot of trouble trying on my phone but there is usually an email address you can contact. Due to this it is again a cover letter style pitch to explain why you and your blog would be the best suited. What would you write about? Your viewer and visitors stats and all the rest of it (that’s a whole other post guys! If you want it let me know in the comments).

Lesser-known companies and products which for me is like hidden gems! I mean we all know the really good companies that are already known (obviously). If like me, you like to bring people new, fresher alternatives then this is a great site for you. More gifting opportunities than paid ones so another great site for review bloggers.

Just Ask

This isn’t a site but here I will explain my blogging mantra. This mantra has done me so well I can’t believe it. It is something my mum has told me from being young and since blogging, I have really taken it to heart.
“If you don’t ask, You don’t get” Whether this is help, advice, products, it doesn’t matter just keep this in mind. Now, this does not mean go running out sending emails like “GIVE ME FREEEEE STTTTTUUUFFF!” SERIOUSLY.

But do contact that company you love and offer your services for free. Tell them what you will write about or your idea. Let them know why you love their product, what your favourite one is and why. Include where you have excelled in areas like this. Maybe you posted a great blog about their products before, share the link. Ask them do they work with bloggers as you would love to potentially work together in the future. You want to share what they have with your audience. Why is your audience the people to show it to, who are they? Then write the blog and send the link over when it’s up.

Don’t Be Afraid to Email

I have gained blogging opportunities like this through email and private message. Via social media through tags and regular, helpful engagement on their posts. You can always just click the contact button on their website if all else fails.
