Happy March everyone! It’s hard to believe it’s March already when Christmas only feels likes yesterday. Well, considering the UK has had snow the past few days it really does feel like yesterday. Like Christmas today I’m having a March Giveaway so read on.
As we all know it’s meant to be Spring so I want warmer days, sunshine peaking and flowers waking up. Not snowflakes, freezing and panic buying meaning I actually have to ‘ration’ my milk (lol). Not to say we didn’t make the most of it so here are a few snaps of our snow days adventures.
However, as the title might suggest, amongst the mayhem of snowmen, hot baths and snuggling on the sofa it was my birthday. I had a lovely day and took a short walk in the snow with my little family. I love my town as I am biased and have to say it is the prettiest town in Wiltshire. Especially when it’s covered in snow, we don’t get it too often. After our short but very beautiful walk. We came home to hot tea, a Chinese takeaway (t’was my birthday after all) and a bunch of 90’s movies whilst getting warm under a duvet.
I was spoiled with flowers, cake, wine, candles and all of my favourite things. It really was a lovely weekend and part of the reason I have been so quiet online (sorry). But it was just my soul needed and I feel refreshed and ready for a couple of busy months of blogging. I have lots coming that I cannot wait to share with you. A Birthday Without Gifts?
Of course, I can’t have my birthday without celebrating it with you lovely bunch of people. So, I have an amazing giveaway for you. This month I am giving away a Mermaid Makeup Brush Set which is just stunning. There are 7 brushes in this set and there is a nice variety of facial brushes to eyeshadow brushes.
The bristles are a gorgeous white with a light blue ombre at the tips. This compliments the rose gold accents and blue to pink/purple ombre mermaid tail.
