A Spring Dress to Impress

As many of my close friends and family know I am an absolute bargain hunter when it comes to clothes. I genuinely get a thrill when I find amazing pieces for a great price. Who doesn’t right?
I’ll admit though I think this Spring dress may perhaps be one of the best to date though and I, of course, had to share that with you.

I picked up this gorgeous on eBay for …….. £5.08!! Yes, that is correct for a little over a fiver you can have this perfect dress for Spring all the way through to mid-Autumn I would think. Even beyond that if your savvy with accessories and tights.

How I Styled my Spring Dress

When I ordered I was a little worried it may arrive and be that terrible see-through t-shirt material. We’ve all had this happen at some point in our internet shopping history. It is however very thick material meaning no worrying if people can see your underwear. I’m also not used to wearing dresses or skirts so this year I aiming to wear more. I feel the style and length is a good starting point for those who also feel the same.

This dress is so perfect for daywear to a casual dinner and even lunch with friends. Dress it down with some pretty sandals or add a boot for a more dressy look. The room for accessories is endless as the dress is plain. Hats, scarves and jewellery options plenty! It’s also available in an array of colours (not just grey) and there will be a few more shades in my wardrobe soon I can guarantee you that!

Accessories

I wore this out for lunch recently and I decided to go big with accessories as the dress is a nice blank canvas. I wore a super cute choker with a red heart to match the red tones I accented with. A chunky silver bangle and a few chunky rings to match.

I wore my ever favourite black boots with gold trim from Primark. They’re really comfortable and black boots go with nearly everything.

Wearing my hair down and straight. Not for ease when you have naturally curly hair but I wanted it straight. I went for creams and browns on my eyes. I wanted more of a pop of colour on my lips so used ‘Scarlet Siren’ which is one of my fav shades by MUA. Adds that pizazz to any outfit.

There you have it my loves! A simples dress you can style in so many manners of ways. I am so excited to get a few more as they’re just amazing and such a great find.
